Disable the confirmation popups that appear before running updates in MainWP Dashboard. Speed up your workflow by removing the extra confirmation step.

MainWP displays confirmation dialogs before running updates on child sites. You can disable these popups if you prefer to run updates without the extra confirmation step.

Disable Update Confirmations

1. Open Settings

   Navigate to MainWP > Settings.

2. Find the option

   Locate the Update Confirmations setting.

3. Select your preference

   Choose your preferred behavior:

   Option	Behavior
   Enabled	Show confirmation before every update
   Disabled	Run updates immediately without confirmation

4. Save settings

   Scroll to the bottom and click Save Settings.

When to Disable Confirmations

Consider disabling confirmations if:

• You regularly update sites in bulk
• You’re confident in your update process
• You use staging or backups to test updates first

Keep confirmations enabled if:

• You want an extra safety check before updates
• Multiple team members manage the Dashboard
• You prefer reviewing each update before it runs
